Did you know Coastal Health & Wellness now offers Telehealth patient visits to better serve you?

As your trusted Primary Care Medical Home, we strive to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our patient and providers.

Telehealth visits are an easy, convenient way for you to talk with your provider without having to leave your house or travel to the clinic. It is a secure, internet application that allows you to privately discuss your concerns with your provider.

How to Use is a simple, free, and secure telemedicine platform that allows Coastal Health & Wellness to connect with patients online. You can use on any device with a web browser, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone. No download or install required.

The provider sends you a link and it will take you the provider's room. It's that easy!

Checking in for your appointment is as easy as clicking your provider’s link and entering your name.

Once you have checked in, you are in your provider’s waiting room! Your provider will be with you shortly to start your call.

For Patients

To join a video call with your provider, follow these steps:

  1. Receive the URL of your provider’s virtual waiting room via email and/or text.
  2. Open the URL in your web browser on any device with a camera and microphone.
  3. Allow to access your camera and microphone when prompted.
  4. Enter your name and click “Check In”.
  5. Wait for your provider to start the video call.

That’s it! You can now enjoy a secure and convenient telemedicine visit with your provider.
